  Revisiting the memories of Mas de L'Hermitage: I smile when recalling the cozy comforts of our well-stocked suites. I re-explore the quiet scenic vinyards as far as the eye can see. My mouth waters at the memory of Chef Michael's culinary delights and I fondly remember our hosts' absolute passion to please. Indeed there is a sense of enchantment, a unique magic to be experienced.

"Menthe" was very comfortable and the whole "French Farmhouse " environment of Mas de L'Hermitage is both spectacular and pleasant. It is a great location from which to visit some of the other sights, cities and towns of Provence.

  Bob and I have many great memories of our wonderful trip to your beautiful Provence get away. We thought that the whole experience was perfect -- we were so fortunate to have the little hideaway , the ancient stairs, the wisteria, the private deck - and the benefit of Laurence's exquisite taste in our sanctum sanctorium...
  We also think that the opportunity to dine with you twice each week is just about the right combination of experiences - it encourages your guests to go out and have difference culinary experiences, but we get to climb to the summit on Tuesday and Thursday . . .
  Speaking of food, Bob and I both think delicious thoughts of that wonderful spinach tart with aoli you prepared as a first course.
  As we are sure you are aware, a wonderful element of a sojourn with you is the opportunity to meet and talk with interesting people. The chance to know others was really enhanced at your dinners. We very much enjoyed them ...
